Denise T. Dauphin

Denise Dauphin is a Principal with AEA Group a specialized professional services firm that provides consulting involving accounting, economics and appraisal issues. She has been a consultant for over 25 years, providing expert services and testimony in complex financial matters in dispute or under investigation. She has provided testimony in depositions, trials, arbitrations, and in bankruptcy proceedings.

 

She is experienced in providing financial advisory services involving issues related to business valuations, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, breaches in fiduciary duties, tortious interference, business interruptions, forensic investigations and fraud. Ms. Dauphin has served as a lead advisor for various financial institutions in connection with their underwriting and credit/investment evaluation activities. She has developed a specialty in intellectual property including patents, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets and copyrights.

 

Prior to her consulting career, Ms. Dauphin worked for over 15 years in industry where she held several senior financial management positions for both publicly and privately held firms within a variety of industries including telecom and industrial manufacturing.Her experiences included functioning as CFO for a group of international distribution concerns, directing the SEC and shareholder reporting, managing a team in internal audits of 44 decentralized subsidiaries, negotiating complex transactions, designing and implementing cost accounting systems and implementing systems for resource planning and requirements, manufacturing, distribution and accounting functions.
