Drew Brignac

Mr. Brignac is a Principal at AEA Group. Mr. Brignac is experienced in providing consulting, forensic accounting, and financial valuation services to clients in the real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing, retail and banking industries. Since joining AEA, he has assisted in the development of principles and procedures for the evaluation of thousands of business lost profits claims related to a complex class action settlement.

 

Mr. Brignac has assisted attorneys with many phases of the discovery process including identifying the types of information needed to develop expert opinions, evaluating information produced during discovery and assisting attorneys with the depositions of opposing parties. He is also skilled in reconstructing accounting records to determine the sources and uses of funds as well as identifying the indicia of fraud.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brignac practiced public accounting with one of the largest accounting firms in the Southeast where he advised individuals and businesses in auditing, tax, consulting, and litigation support roles. He has served as the outsourced controller for a distribution company and a restaurant responsible for budgeting, payroll, and maintaining banking relationships. Mr. Brignac has advised clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, real estate, and professional services.
