Brian Clifford

Mr. Clifford is a Principal at AEA Group. Since joining AEA, he has provided clients with consulting services in disputes, concentrating in areas of lost profits determinations, forensic accounting, financial investigations and valuation services in the health care, construction, real estate development, and manufacturing industries. Mr. Clifford is experienced in the reconstruction of accounting records and tracing the flow of cash to determine the sources and uses of funds. He has also provided consulting services to clients in connection with financially troubled and insolvent business. He has analyzed potentially fraudulent or preferential transfers made by debtors; analyzed the ordinary course of business between debtor and creditor, and valued the consideration received when debtors transferred assets.

Prior to joining AEA Group, Mr. Clifford was a supervisor in the audit department of Warren Averett in Birmingham, where he served clients in the health care, construction, manufacturing, and private equity industries. He served privately held, not-for-profit, and governmental entities. Additionally, Mr. Clifford also provided financial due diligence services to assist clients during acquisitions.
